Jennifer Utsch – Jendala

February 11, 2019

Created by artisan Jennifer Utsch, Jendala took form in November of 1998 after purchasing torches in Tucson, Arizona, where she worked as a Firefighter for Rural Metro Fire Department. It was the passion for the fire element that drew Jendala into its strength and beauty. Molding steel with fire is the ultimate expression for the messages of Jendala’s heArt. Each art piece is handcrafted in Northern California from salvaged and reclaimed materials. Designed with a torch (the love of Jendala) and cut with a water-jet for sustainability, each piece carries a bell to sound the creation out into the world. Create your message from our product line and uplift our world one chime at a time. There are over 300 words and 100 designs to mix and match from. Gazillions of combinations are possible, making your message specific and meaning-filled.

Jendala’s mission is to encourage a sustainable way of living for ourselves and our environment, to bridge diversity, expand our perceptions, and invoke emotions for self discovery and wellbeing. Products and services support Jendala’s mission.

Jendala’s platform continues to grow as her expression desires to reach broader audiences. A children’s book is being published teaching the fundamental tool of believing in yourself. Workshops have started with children, sparking their imagination and play. Jendala’s blog is on its way. Many expressions are about to be birthed from workshops, popups, and community events.
